Parking Panda is a young and rapidly growing startup with a vision for making parking painless and inexpensive. Our goal is to bring ease and efficiency to the parking industry. Our product is an online marketplace and optimization platform for parking. It enables parking owners and mangers (private and commercial) to capitalize on their parking inventory by driving extra traffic when yield is low and improving pricing when the lot is full. People in need of parking can save money and time by finding a place to park and paying right from their mobile phone or reserving a space in advance on the web.

Account Manager

Parking Panda is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and talented account management professional to join the team. You'll spend your day maintaining our relationships with garage owners and marketing partners around the country maximizing their satisfaction. This position is based at our HQ in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the value and services of Parking Panda to our clients—both parking operators and partnerships including major league sports teams, museums, venues, races and conventions.
  • Onboard new accounts and drive partner loyalty & retention through exceptional service levels
  • Maximize revenue and satisfaction for each and every partner
  • Ensure any client issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Brainstorm, troubleshoot and expand our capabilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales, account management or customer service experience
  • Expert communication and prioritization skills.

You have a passion for solving big problems and building products that will reach millions of people. You are a well-rounded person that is comfortable building both internal and external APIs for both our website and our partners. Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

Parking Panda is seeking qualified candidates to join our full-time in-house customer service team in the greater Baltimore area. A member of the Parking Panda customer service team must be a detail-oriented people person with a welcoming personality. The customer service representative should have a strong work ethic and the ability to think decisively while multitasking. The position gives you the unique opportunity to interact with all divisions of the company. Please note this position would require you to work at least one full work day on a weekend in lieu of at least one weekday. Candidates with the most total weekend ability will be given preference.

The marketing intern should be a college student or recent graduate. In this position you will work closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager to help implement strategic local and digital marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to learn SEO, SEM, and local marketing strategies. You will be actively involved in content creation, social media management, and organizing local outreach efforts. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a young and rapidly growing startup. Marketing Graphic Designer

Parking Panda’s marketing department is looking for a motivated entry-level and team oriented Designer who would like to build a career within an exciting and fast-growing Baltimore startup. The ideal candidate must have an eye for composition and color, be able to both handle smaller tasks as well as larger projects, and be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. In addition to design skills, must have solid email/HTML/CSS coding skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a range of digital and print projects including email blasts, social media ads, flyers, advertisements, landing pages design, and web graphics
  • Code all email campaigns using responsive HTML
  • Follow creative work through from concept to launch
  • Interact with internal clients; work closely with marketing, sales and account management teams to develop and implement design solutions
  • Manage own project workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals and assignments as needed

Mobile Engineer (iOS and Android)

Parking Panda is seeking an experienced mobile developer (Xamarin) to join our engineering team and lead development of our consumer facing mobile applications (IOS and Android). You should be passionate about using mobile to improve the consumer experience around parking, comfortable leading mobile development decisions alongside our CTO, and ready to work in a small and fast paced environment.
