Can a reservation be cancelled?
Parking Panda will honor all refunds that are requested before the start time of your reservation. You can refund reservations on your own in the form of Parking Panda credits or a money back refund. Simply log in to your account and go to the "my reservations" section to refund on your own. The credits never expire and will be automatically applied to your next reservation. A money back refund takes 2-3 business days to show up back to your card.
Can I book a spot for someone else?
Yes! Make sure to enter their vehicle description at checkout. When your confirmation email arrives, simply forward them the email along with the attached confirmation page.
Can I book a spot over the phone?
We won’t take your credit card number over the phone, but we are always happy to help. Feel free to give us a call on our support line and we can talk you through the checkout page and email you helpful links.
Can I book more than one parking spot at a time?
To reserve multiple spots you will go through the transaction process one time for each reservation. After the first reservation is made, your credit card and email address will be on file so that you can book the parking spot with one click of the mouse. This ensures that each reservation has a unique vehicle description and confirmation number.
Can I make a monthly reservation for only one month?
Sure! Just contact us by emailing support@parkingpanda.com, or calling at 800-232-6415 and we'll make a note not to rebill you at the end of the month. Your monthly reservation will expire at the end of the first month.
Can I redeem my reservation without cell service?
Sure! In order to do that, simply download the pdf file that is attached to your confirmation email onto your smartphone or tablet.
Can I reserve handicapped parking?
Almost all of our parking locations are handicapped accessible. However, state and local laws restrict the ability to reserve individual handicapped spaces. It’s rare for all of the handicapped spots to be filled at any given location and our customers usually do not have a problem.
Can I sell my passes on another website?
Parking Panda passes can not be sold on other websites. These passes will be denied by the location owners.
Can I show my parking pass on my phone?
Yes, but only at certain locations. You will be able to determine which locations accept mobile confirmations by clicking on the “How To Redeem” tab underneath each listing. If you are using your phone to scan the QR code on your confirmation ticket, make sure to turn the brightness on your phone all the way up and hold the phone 2-3 inches away from the scanner.
Do I have to have the app to use my mobile confirmation?
You are not required to use the app, but you may find it easier. If you do not wish to use it, simply download the pdf file that we email you onto your smartphone or tablet, or pull it up in your mobile web browser.
Do I have to make a new reservation each month?
You will not. At the beginning of the next month, you will be billed automatically for the next month.
Do I need to create an account in order to book a reservation?
You can book a reservation without signing up for an account first. Once you’ve booked your first reservation, an account will be created automatically using the email address that you listed in your initial reservation. You will receive an email inviting you to create a password for your account, and you're good to go!
Do I pay for my parking in advance?
Yes. Reserving with Parking Panda allows you to pre-pay for a guaranteed parking spot. Once you reserve a spot with us, you can drive to your destination knowing a parking space will be available for you. Our service lets you find parking locations with online discounts - and avoid any unexpected fees onsite.
Do you take reservations for buses and RVs?
We do! However, reservations for buses and RVs - and other similar vehicles that would take up multiple spaces - require us to get in touch with parking operators to ensure space. If you’re interested in reserving, you can call us at 800-232-6415, email support@parkingpanda.com, or use the chat option at the bottom of your screen!
Does account credit expire?
Account credit never expires, and can be used towards reserving a parking space at any of our locations in over 40 cities nationwide. If you have purchased a credit from another company, there may be specific terms that you have to redeem the credit by. For example, a Groupon credit might expire and would be noted on your deal.
Does Parking Panda own or operate these parking locations?
We do not. Parking Panda is an online booking service that allows you to reserve guaranteed parking at parking locations across the nation. But the locations are independently owned, our partnerships and technology make it easier for you to find and pay for your parking spot!
Garage closes 1 hour after event, what does that mean?
Many locations only work with us for event parking. When a location is listed as such, they have a grace period at the end of the event during which you are able to leave the lot. At the end of this period, the lot or garage will most likely closed. In these circumstances, it is advised that you leave immediately following the close of your event.
How do I access myreservation?
Once you’ve logged into your account, just pull up the app menu. Select ‘Reservations’ to see all your past and upcoming reservations.
How do I book a reservation?
On our easy-to-use website or application. Simply search the address of your destination in "Search for Parking" bar. This will show you all of the parking locations we work with in the area. Each location will be listed in order of proximity, and you can find helpful information in the “Details” section. Simply set the "From" and "To" times at the top left of the page to suit your needs, and select “Reserve” when you find a great spot. Confirm all of the details at the checkout page, and then “Pay for Parking!”
How do I change the time frame of my reservation?
Use the “From” and “To” calendar widgets at the top left of the page. Once you adjust the reservation window to suit your needs the reservation prices and availability will update as well. You can also adjust this time frame on the checkout page under “Review Reservation Details.” A blue link will give you the option to “Change date or time.”
How do I delete my account?
Contact us by email at support@parkingpanda.com, or give us a call at 800-232-6415. We’ll be able to remove your information.
How do I find a parking spot?
Simply type the address or the name of the venue that you are heading to into the search bar to find available parking around that location. Alternatively, scroll down to the “Featured Cities” section on our homepage and click on the city for which you are looking for parking in. From that page you will be able to search by event, neighborhood, venue, or look for airport parking.
How do I find monthly parking?
To find monthly parking, simply enter the address you want to find parking around and the date you want to start parking and click the “Search” button. When the results appear, click the blue link directly under the address bar labeled “Looking for monthly parking? Click Here”. This will display all available monthly parking in the area along with price and distance from desired location.
How do I find my parking location?
Each time you make a parking reservation through our service you will be emailed a confirmation ticket with an address, a picture of the location, and instructions on how to access the lot should there be alternative or multiple entrances.
How do I know if my vehicle will fit into your garage?
Height restriction information for vehicles can be found under each parking listing on our website. If you have questions about this, please contact us! You can call us at 800-232-6415, email support@parkingpanda.com, or use the chat option at the bottom of your screen!
How do I know if overnight parking is available?
The easiest way to check if overnight parking is allowed is to set the dates to reflect a two day reservation. Once you search a two day reservation, only locations that allow overnight parking will be displayed. If the website allows you to make a multi-day reservation, you know overnight parking is allowed at that location. Additionally, you can search for locations that allow overnight parking by looking for the blue icon with a moon over a car underneath each listing.
How do I know the hours I can park?
The hours of operation are listed directly under the picture when you select a location. Simply click the “Hours of Operation” tab under the picture, in between the “Details” tab and the “How to Redeem” tab. If there is no “Hours of Operation” tab, then the location is open 24/7. You must arrive and leave the location during the posted hours of operation. If you do not arrive and leave during the hours of operation, there will not be an attendant to accept your reservation, and you will have to pay for parking on site.
How do I login if I never setup a password?
Whenever a reservation is made, an account is created with that email address. To access that account, just enter your email address on the login page and click “Reset My Password”. This will send an automated email with a temporary password that will allow you to log in to the site and reset your password to whatever you choose.
How do I prove I've already paid for parking?
Once you book a parking reservation through Parking Panda we’ll send you a confirmation email with a parking pass attached to it. This page will include a “How to Redeem” section that will describe the exact redemption process at the location you’ve selected. This informaiton is also available before you buy under “Details” , “How to Redeem.”
How do I reset my password?
Just enter your email address on the login page and click “Reset My Password”. This will send an automated email with a temporary password that will allow you to log in to the site and reset your password to whatever you choose.
How do I use my Parking Panda reservation?
Once you book a parking reservation through Parking Panda we’ll send you a confirmation email with a parking pass attached to it. Simply print out this attachment or pull it up on your smart phone and show it to the parking attendant when you arrive at the location. If you booked a reservation at an unattended open surface lot, please make sure to print out your confirmation email and display it on your dashboard.
How does your "invite friends" referral system work?
Parking Panda's referral program is currently on hold. Parking Panda was acquired by SpotHero in April 2017. Visit the

How is the distance to my destination calculated? Is this the walking distance?
The distances and location information is calculated using information from Google Maps. It is a general distance measurement, and may not reflect actual walking time or distance.
How long will it take before I can start using my monthly reservation?
We ask that you allow 48 hours to set up your monthly reservation. Check the ‘How to Redeem’ tab under the map of your chosen location for specific information.
I bought a Groupon for a flat dollar amount. How do I use this to make a reservation?
The first step to using your Groupon is to set up a Parking Panda account here. Once you’ve done that, you can follow this link to be taken to the credits page. Enter the code you received from Groupon and hit apply!

Contact support by emailing support@parkingpanda.com, or calling us 800-232-6415. Make sure you know the email address of the friend whom you referred. We’ll be able to confirm and give you your credits.
I’ve used a specific garage/lot before outside of Parking Panda. Why isn’t it showing up?
We only list locations that we work with directly to facilitate reservations. It’s possible that the location that you are looking for is not one that we are working with yet. If this is a location that you've booked with Parking Panda before, ask about it! We have specific information on the availability of each location and will be happy to let you know the details.
Is my spot really guaranteed?
Yes it is. We partner with parking location operators and attendants to guarantee the availability of each parking space reserved on our site. Even if a location is temporarily marked full for drive up customers, your Parking Panda reservation still guarantees you a space. Just get the attention of an attendant for assistance!
Is the quoted price an hourly rate or a flat rate fee?
The price that you see will be a flat rate fee that covers the cost of the extent of your reservation.
Is this price for the first month? Will the price go up?
The price is subject to change, but we will contact you if the owner of your monthly parking location decides to raise the rates.
What are the hours for my monthly reservation. Can I park there 24/7?
Each location will vary in what they allow. Make sure you check the ‘Hours of Operation’ tab under the map for your chosen location before booking.
What do I do when I get an error code?
Error codes are notifications that something has been flagged in our system. Write down the error code you received (i.e. Error Code: Do Not Honor) and contact customer support at 1-800-232-6415 or support@parkingpanda.com. We will be happy to resolve the issue for you.
What happens if I arrive before my reservation begins or leave after it ends?
If you arrive early and/or leave late, you may be subject to additional fees charged on site. It may also be possible that the location will not be open yet if you arrive early, or may be closed already if you leave late. Please note the information listed on the ‘Hours of Operation’ tab.
What if I can't print my pass?
If you’re on the go and not able to print our your pass, or you just don’t have a printer at your house, please make a reservation at a location that accepts mobile confirmations. Once you book your reservation we’ll send you an email with a confirmation ticket that you can pull up on your smart phone, tablet, or other device.
What if i don’t know my vehicle description at checkout?
Vehicle descriptions are most important at the unattended open surface lots - since these locations are monitored by tow truck companies. If you’re unsure of your vehicle description at the time of checkout, simply enter “TBD.” This description can be updated at any time, by logging into your account and selecting “My Reservations” , “Update Vehicle Description.”
What if I'm unable to use my reservation?
If the cancellation period has passed we will not be able to issue a refund. Our parking lot operators still saved a spot for that reservation and canceling this reservation would prevent them from selling that spot to another customer in the event that the lot was sold out. However, if you contact us we may be able to issue a credit to your account for future parking. Just give our support team a call at 1-800-232-6415 or email support@parkingpanda.com.
What if my event's time and date is TBD?
If the event is listed but does not have a time announced yet, you can go ahead and book your reservation. If you do choose to book for an event and something changes or the location you chose becomes unavailable we will contact you with that information. If you believe that an event is listed as TBD after an announcement has been made, or your event is not listed at all, contact support at 800-232-6415 and we'll be happy to assist you!
What if my pass won't print out correctly?
The best way to print out your parking pass is to save it to your computer in PDF format and then print this PDF. If you’re having trouble printing out your parking pass please contact us by email at support@parkingpanda.com or giving us a call at 1-800-232-6415. You can also check to see if the parking location that you made a reservation at accepts mobile confirmation tickets.
What if the event gets cancelled?
If an event gets cancelled, give our support team a call at 1-800-232-6415 or email support@parkingpanda.com. We can refund your reservation, or allow you to reserve space for rescheduled events.
What is a QR code?
A QR code is the square barcode located at the top left hand side of your confirmation sheet. The QR code allows you to scan in and out of locations with on-site scanners. QR codes can scan from your phone or a printed copy of your confirmation sheet. If you are using your phone, please make sure the brightness is all the way up. For best results, you should hold the QR code two inches away from the scanner.
What is considered an oversized vehicle?
SUVs, trucks, and minivans are often considered oversized vehicles. This is more strictly adhered to in larger cities. Note that the determination is often left up the attendant on site, and while you may not feel that your particular vehicle is oversized it may be larger than the standard they have been instructed to hold to. Any vehicle can be considered oversized if it is over 170 inches in length, 68 inches in width, or 65 inches in height.
What's the refund policy for monthly parking?
Your reserved parking is refundable up to 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. Just give our support team a call at 1-800-232-6415 or email support@parkingpanda.com to cancel a reservation.
When will I get my refund?
If Parking Panda issues you a refund for any reason it should be reflected on your credit card statement in 2-3 business days.
Where will I pickup my monthly parking pass?
A customer service representative will contact you for information on where and when you can pick any key cards or hang tags that might be needed. If a location requires you to display a confirmation print out, we will let you know that as well.
Who can I share my invite code with and how can I get credits?
Parking Panda has a referral program that allows you to share your personal invite code. The code can be found in account settings, as well as any past confirmation email. This invite code is for friends, family, and colleagues. Parking Panda invite codes can be shared via social media accounts, where you are the private owner. Sharing a personal invite code on a commercial website (coupon websites, Wikipedia, Reddit etc.) is against our policies. Parking Panda reserves the right to revoke the credits in your account if the credits are obtained against our policies. The individual must purchase a parking space that is more than $5.00 for the credits to be added to your account.
Why am I not receiving confirmation emails?
It’s possible that your confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder. If you’ve checked that and still don’t see your confirmation, contact us by email at support@parkingpanda.com, or calling at 800-232-6415. We can resend your confirmation emails and resolve the issue.
Why do I see more locations on my computer than I do on the app?
Locations that require you to print out your reservation confirmation will not appear on the app. If you need to book a location that requires a printed pass, you will need to book either on your computer or by calling us at 800-232-6415.
Why is the online price different from the price that I found at the garage?
The parking lot operators are responsible for setting the prices on our website. If you encounter a difference in pricing upon arriving at a location please notify us and we will address the situation appropriately
Why isn't my discount code working?
First check the top of your page to see if you get an error code. If you have made a reservation with us before, and are using a code meant for first time users, the code will not apply.
Why was I forced to pay again on site? What if i’m charged more on site?
If you’re forced to pay an additional fee on site please give us a call at 1-800-232-6415 or shoot an email to support@parkingpanda.com and we will handle this in the appropriate manner.
Will I be able to come and go as I please during the extent of my reservation?
In order to come and go as you please during your reservation you will need to reserve a spot at a location with “in and out” privileges. You can filter for that amenity at the top of any search page.
Will I get a receipt for my transaction?
Receipts are available for all reservations in your personal account on Parking Panda’s website. To access receipts, begin by logging in to your account at www.parkingpanda.com using your email address and password. Then, move the mouse to the tab at the top right of the page displaying your name. When the drop-down menu appears, click the “My Reservations” label. Click the link for past or upcoming reservations. When the reservations appear, click the button on the right labeled “View” in the column titled “Receipt”.
Will I have an assigned spot?
Unless otherwise specified, you will not have a specific assigned spot in the location, but you will be guaranteed space to park within.
Will you pro-rate monthly parking reservations?
Very few locations will allow us to offer pro-rated monthly reservations. If something comes up, and you wish to inquire about this feel free to Contact us by emailing support@parkingpanda.com, or calling at 800-232-6415.
