Stadium-Owned Parking

The Stadium owns numerous lots and garages for public use.  These lots typically open 5 hours before the event starts and close 2 hours after the event ends.  To park, it costs $30 per car and $90 per bus or RV.  Tailgating is allowed in the parking lots.  Click here for for information on Parking and Tailgating policies.  For NFL game day parking, every vehicle is required to have a parking permit before entering the Sports Complex or IZOD Center parking facilities.  These permits are available for purchase on the NFL Ticket Exchange Website.  You click on the “Buy Tickets” button and then click on “Show Parking Tickets” to view the parking permits.  You must pre-pay for parking on NFL game days or you will be directed to park in a off campus parking lot.  The parking pass doesn’t guarantee a space in a specific lot, only that you will have parking.    Here is a map of parking for the Giants and here is one for the Jets.  The map below is a general parking map.

Parking at MetLife Stadium fills up fast.  Some of the parking is for monthly permit holders only and with over 82,000 people trying to park, you could imagine that it gets stressful.  It is a good idea to reserve parking ahead of time.
