Insider Parking, Transit Tips
Street parking, cheap parking, public transit, and other tips you can't afford to miss. Park like a local by checking out this information provided by savvy Orioles fans:
"Light Rail and Metro are the best budget options if you don't have a large party or kids to handle. Parking is free at all stations (with the obvious exceptions of BWI and Penn Station. Round trip is $3.20 and MTA accepts Washington's SmarTrip card." - reddit user aresef
"You can park on the street within a few blocks of the stadium. On Sundays, street parking is free. Why pay $10-$20 bucks when you could be spending this money on beer? If I'm going to a weekday night game, I park on Paca Street. The parking meters go 'til 8 pm, and there's a 2-hour limit. So as long as you're there after 6 and pay past 8:01, you're good. The most this will cost you is four bucks. The obvious note here though is to be extra careful you aren't violating any signs, being near a hydrant or too close to an intersection or whatever." - reddit user Autumn_Sweater
