2017 Bay to Breakers Spectator Info

Some of the best viewing areas will be along the start line in the SOMA and Civic Center area. If you are coming up from the North of the race line, we recommend parking parking in the Civic Center, Financial District, or Tenderloin neighborhoods. There will be road closures right along the race route so crossing the race route at any point before, after, or during the race is strongly discouraged.

Driving in from the south of Howard Street? We recommend parking in SOMA or South Park neighborhoods! There are plenty of parking lots and garages nearby and best of all, you can purchase guaranteed parking ahead of the race

San Francisco Parking Pro Tips

We strongly recommend reserving your space as inventory is extremely limited and locations will sell out! Take a look at the PandaScan locations (look for the sign) , which are fully automated - no need to take a ticket or talk to an attendant. Simply use your QR Code from your reservation to scan in and scan out!

Locations marked as "ONLINE DISCOUNT" in green indicate special online-only discounted fees (look for the sign) . These locations are guaranteed to be cheaper online than drive-up for the date and times chosen!

Whether you're looking to park all day or just for the race, be sure to purchase your official Bay to Breakers 2016 parking passes with Parking Panda. Keep a close lookout for the hours of the reservation - you can always update this before you checkout!
